Research/Extension Interests
My research interests are to increase production efficiency in a number of vegetable and fruit crops. I'm interested in the introduction of alternative crops to Mississippi to increase grower profitability and increase sustainability in edible crop production. Besides, my research interests also lies in promoting a healthier local food system.
Teaching Interests
My teaching interests are in various areas including plant propagation, fruit production, as well as in other areas in edible crop production, for example the postharvest science and nutrient and chemical compound analyses.
